Order & Ship
Please click “add to cart” for all products you’re ordering, ensure you choose the correct size if applicable. Check through your shopping cart again prior placing your order, delete or add as needed.
Your order will be submitted as “inquiry” with tracking number which will be sent to your email, hence please ensure you have entered the correct email address. We will reply your order inquiry within 48 hours for stock availability and final bill, capturing all applicable discounts and delivery / shipping charges.
Upon our reply to your inquiry confirming stock availability and final bill, please kindly transfer the payment to POSB Savings Account 245-98172-4 .
You may also choose to pay upon collection at our shop, however we will only hold the stock booking for 48 hours, after that we will release the stock again to other customers.
For international customers we will advice you how to make payment to our bank account above via our reply email to you.
All our prices include local normal postage without tracking number to Singapore addresses, all packages will bear our business address however we WILL NOT be responsible for goods lost during deliveries using this method due to lack of traceability. Therefore we strongly recommend for Registered Postage or Courier, please read through the following details:
- Normal Postage without tracking number to Singapore address is included.
- Add SGD$ 2.50 for Registered Postage to Singapore address with tracking number for parcel up to 2Kg
- Add SGD$ 7 for local courier to your door with tracking number for parcel up to 4 Kg
- Free courier service for purchase above SGD$150 nett in one single delivery.
When possible we will do our best to ensure all items are packed as water resistant.
International Shipping Charges will be as per charged by Speedpost Worldwide air parcel delivery whenever applicable unless requested otherwise. Refer to the following link to find out an estimate for your

Return and Exchange
We strive to deliver only high quality products to our customers and all items are inspected once again prior packing for delivery / shipment.
Goods purchased are not refundable / returnable unless it is due to manufacturing defect and
this will be assessed per case basis. Should this case arise, please contact us via
firstname.lastname@example.org for arranging the return / exchange.
In this case refund will be made should the comparable item is out of stock.
All associated shipping costs with returning or exchanging goods are to be borne by customers.
All sale items sold per AS IS basis AND any goods purchased during our promotional discounts are final.
